etc registered under Federal Certificate in U.S. Patent Office,
is granted to chartered leagues.
"Little Leaguer", "Little League Baseball",
"Little Leaguer", "LL", "LLB","Dugout",and
the Official Emblem are registered trademarks and service marks
of the Little League Baseball, Inc.
They are protected by
a special Act of Congress and registered with the United States
Patent and Trademark Office. All rights in and to any and all marks
of Little League Baseball are reserved by Little League Baseball
Incorporated. The term "Little League" and the Little
League logo are trademarks of Little League Baseball, Inc., Williamsport,
Pa., extended only to local chartered leagues for purposes of identification
and publicity.
