be completed and signed before a player can be considered for an
All-Star team.

player's agreement. Failure to adhere to the agreement shall result
in the player's removal from the team. Managers and coaches do not
have the authority to override league policy.
A player that quits or is removed from
an All-Star team may not be eligible to participate in All-Stars
the next season. (Exception; medical with doctor's certification).
The duration of the All-Star commitment extends from June
15th through September, as long as the team continues to advance,
and may include games, practices and activities on Sundays.
Parents will be expected to participate in tournament activities
such as but not limited to snack bar, scorekeeping, field maintenance,
chaperoning, and fundraising.
All-Star assessment fees will be decided
at a future date prior to the start of the All-Star season.
Additional expenses may be incurred by the player/parent during
the All-Star tournament such as travel expenses, food and accommodations.
All-Stars Selection Process
-
Selecting Major
All-Star Manager: The team that wins the season ending tournament
is elected as major All-Star manager. If manager forfeits that
position the runner up in the season ending tournament is elected.
If that manager defaults the third place teams manager is elected
and so on. The manager selects his two coaches.
-
Selecting 9-10
All-Star Manager: This process is identical to the majors
All-Star selection process.
-
Selecting 11-Year
Old All-Star Manager: This process is identical to above
however the Manager will be the next Manager in line of final
majors tournament results.
-
Selecting Majors
All-Star team: All players on each major team select 9 players
they feel merit All-Star criteria, including players from their
own team. The top 6 players from that selection process are
automatically on the All-Star team. The major managers in an
open discussion will select the next six players. The manager
of the All-Star team will select the 13th and 14th players if
he or she deems necessary.
-
Selecting 9-10
All-Star team: All league age ten year olds playing in the
majors division will qualify for a two-day tryout. Each minor
manager selects (3) kids from their team to also attend the
two-day tryout. Players must be league age 9-10. All majors
managers will judge the tryout sessions and select the top 10
players for the All-Star team, then the All-Star coach can select
the balance of his roster. Manager of 9-10 All-Star team will
call players selected via telephone after second tryout. All
other players will receive a All-Star Candidate Certificate.
-
Selecting 11-year
old All-Star team: The Manager and Coaches will run all
remaining 11-year olds through one tryout to determine the 11
year-old All-Star team.
-
All-star obligation
letter: Each player eligible to play on the All-Star teams
must have their parents sign a note stating he or she will be
able to attend all tryouts, practices and games. The letter
sent out must state clearly that no Frontier All-Star player
will be eligible to play on both a CLUB team and the Frontier
All-Star team during the entire all-star tournament. Should
a player get caught playing on both squads, then the player
will be immediately removed from the Frontier All-Star team.
It is up to the All-Star Coaches discretion to determine if
a player missses to many practices to warrant ejection from
the team. This letter must be handed out on the 15th game in
a 20 game season. The letter must be handed in by the 16th game.
Managers and Coaches must also sign letter.
